Capacitor fell off of sound card?

I recently bought and HT Omega Striker and upon installing it I noticed a capacitor in the bag. The sound card works perfectly fine so I was wondering if I should RMA the sound card or if I should just leave it. Another thing is that I was wondering if I can just solder the capacitor back on.
