My cell phone wont hold my charger?

i have a sanyo incognito and when i put in the charger it doesn't hold it, i have to apply a lot of pressure on the charger and hold it a certain way so it charges, it's VERY annoying. so, is that fixable? can i get a replacement for that little piece? or what can i do?
