Computer... blocked... ?

My mum has the admin. account on her laptop and can view history of anyone on the wifi network. If I go to an incognito window of Chrome (ctrl+shift+n) can she still see? It's not supposed to record history. I'm grounded, but I wanna be able to use Facebook without getting in trouble. My friend really needs me.
