Google Chrome not responding at DNS?

My Google Chrome doesn't load the pages, and only works on "Incognito Mode". Days ago it said that my configuration wasn't valid or something like that. This is the only browser that doesn't work, as Internet Explorer still does. I checked my connection and it said that the DNS server was not responding. Is there a solution that doesn't involve calling the providers?
