How do I get hired in Hollister/Abercrombie?

I have the "look" to get hired. However, I've been told by employee's I know that they don't even want you to wear nail polish on your hands! Anyways, how do I dress when I apply? Do I have to come back again for an interview or do they interview me automatically when I apply? How do I prepare for the interview? What hours/shifts do they offer someone that is 17 years old like me? I can only work part time. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
