I need to know more about Google Chrome Incognito!?

My parents set up parental controls on the computer. I dwnlded google chrome thinking that they wouldnt know about it. There are different users on the cpu and i was wondering that usually interenet tells the supervisor where each user has been. does that do the same for google chrome?
