I really really need an answer!!!!!?

you have PC??? i have windows vista (i know, lame..) ok, when I got a virus, I forcefully shut down my computer, then turned it back on. when I did that, theres a menu that asks you for what mode to turn it back on. choose "safe mode with networking". then windows can guide you through what safe mode is, and what "restoring" is. restoring is to literally restore the computer to a previous time before the virus hit your computer. it tells you the restore time and date, then restarts the computer, to a point where its all gone! hope that helps and good luck.
