Incognito (lingual braces) or invisalign teen?

hey i have already decided to fix my teeth with a less noticeable type of braces or aligners. since money is not the issue and fixing my teeth would only take a year, i have decided to get incognito(lingual braces) or invisalign. i know incognito can change your speech a lot and irritate your tounge. i also know invisalign can be annoying to have to take it out when i eat since im in highschool and also it sometimes doesnt give the best results. which type should i get?
